Did you sign up for that domain at co.cc? I tried to do a whois search to see if it's been signed up and if the correct nameservers have been set, but all co.cc tells me is that technonews.co.cc appears to be not available.

Did you create the database user and add it to the database with all of the necessary permissions?

If you mean to visit your site as an IP address, that doesn't work because there is only one IP address that is shared with thousands of other accounts. If I've misunderstood your question, could you clarify?

Go to the file manager in your cPanel. In the public_html folder, delete all Joomla related files.

Sorry about any misunderstanding, but the requirement is to login to the forums to keep your hosting account active. Logins to the account panel and cPanel do not count as activity. Where did you see the requirements of logging into account or the forums?

You should just be able to delete that database all together in cPanel by clicking on MySQL or PHPmyAdmin.

Even though x10hosting gives you the option to use that domain, it isn't owned nor controlled by x10hosting. You need to go to co.cc and register it for free there. Then set the nameservers to: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com
