Co.cc is a third-party domain service that is not owned nor controlled by x10hosting, even though there is an option to use that domain extension here. In order to use it, please go to co.cc and register the domain for free. Then set the nameservers in your domain account to ns1.x10hosting.com...

Logging in with your email is just for the account panel as that's what it only allows for log in. For ftp, you'll just use the default account which is your cPanel username and password.

Are you logging into the account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your email address instead of username? It will only accept email addresses to log in now.

I don't see paracraft.info as any of your domains, and a search for that domain doesn't turn up anything. Since you've said that you are not the owner of the account or site that domain is on, then the owner is going to have to submit their own support thread about their suspension.

It's because x10hosting didn't make the script, and we don't provide support for third-party scripts. It's better to get an answer from the ones who actually made it.
