Something must be very wrong then, because I see both the Prime membership and Illuminated packages to purchase at that link. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
Prime membership does exist. It has replaced the previous inactivity timer. If you would like to purchase prime membership, then please follow that link you last replied with and follow the link on that page to purchase it.
When an account is terminated, it's deleted forever. You can, however, log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and then follow the links there to create a new hosting account.
Your answer was post here http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/149748-thanks-calistoy-techairlines-one-more-question.html#post788411. Please do not create multiple threads about the same issue.
Zt means zero tolerance. Your account is permanently suspended. Any access prior to your account's deletion is not allowed. No backups are allowed either.
You were suspended last month. That is not 3 months. Your account will eventually delete itself. We do not expedite terminations of accounts that are permanently suspended.
That's exactly what techairlines answered. It doesn't matter what extension at the end of a domain has. The only nameservers in existence to point it to an x10hosting account is ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
ns1.x10.bz doesn't exist at all.
