It looks like you've already figured it out. When I visit that domain, I see an index page load that has "Welcome to bntser.tk" only. If this is it, then please clear your browser's cache and flush your computer's dns if you still can't see it.

You've already been told that this is a zero tolerance violation of x10hosting's TOS. Zero tolerance means no second chances, no matter the reason. This is enforced equally to all accounts at x10hosting. Your account will remain permanently suspended.

That is because you are suspended for using an unsupported language without a translation in English, Spanish, or French. Please make a manual translation and be sure to make an easily found link to the translation from your main site.
