You do not have a hosting account attached to your forum account. You'll need to either sign up for a hosting account or post a support request with the correctly attached forum username.

Ssl is not available in free hosting accounts. You'll need to buy a Premium account to use ssl.

It looks like everything was deleted inside your public_html folder. Because I see the Index of / page, nothing else seems to be messed up. Simply go and reupload your site.
