Have you tried deleting everything inside your public_html folder, not the folder itself, inside cPanel, and then changing your main domain in your account panel?

Your browser's caching function was the cause. Just a simply clearing it out usually solves the problem on your end.

Due to the path you've given belonging to another account and user, there's nothing else that can be done. Either log into the forum account belonging to that hosting account in order to ask for more support, or have whoever the hosting account belongs to ask for help.

I have unsuspended you. If you get suspended for high resource usage again, you can unsuspend yourself in your account panel. As for the reason, please check your wordpress modules and extensions. What I remember is that caching plugins cause this kind of suspension.
