Settings in php are not accessible to free hosting users to change, and x10hosting doesn't change settings for individual accounts. It's impossible because the settings are server wide, and the current settings will stay as they are.

You should be able to log into your ftp with your cPanel username and password, and the server/hostname would be your main url, without setting anything else up.

I can see your homepage just fine. Perhaps delete your browser's cache as it's apparently viewing an old version of your site (which is the default page before your domain synced up to cPanel.)
