When was the last time you saw your site online? Also what was your cPanel username? Your site is showing up fine and you've never asked for support. That was completely uncalled for. If you don't like it, you can just leave whenever you want.

No. You are not understanding what we are saying. Your account was suspended for illegal material which was x10hosting's right to do. The account will not be unsuspended until it's deleted permanently. You were responsible for all of your backups. Can someone please close this thread...
