Like I said, try rebooting your computer since it's not one of the things that you've done yet. Sometimes that's what my computer needs when it's having internet connection problems.

Try flushing your DNS again.

Is fotoplayerlite.swf located in the same directory that your sketches page is? If not, try doing so.

The account didn't get created because you still had an error. Log back in, clear the sign up attempt, stay logged in and then try to sign up again. Hopefully it'll work this time.
