I can also access your site just fine. Try emptying your browser cache and flushing your DNS.

Rename the file name that you want to immediately show on your website to index.html or index.php whatever .extension you use for the main page. Make sure that index is all lowercase letters in the file name.

How are you trying to upload files to your account and what errors are blocking the process? Also, what are you missing?

If you created your hosting account in Jan. 2010, then your account was most likely terminated and deleted for inactivity. Unless you had purchased the inactivity timer, you were required to log into the forums here at least once every 31 days to keep your hosting account active...
