When you try to edit your site, are you going to your cPanel or using ftp?

Go to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then cancel attempt. Without logging out, try to sign up again. Remember to leave your user name out of the password you choose.

To know if you are suspended or not, for future reference, just look at your hosting account details inside the account panel. One of the lines of info there is whether or not you are suspended.

Your account is not showing as suspended. You've either figured it out since posting or it was just a glitch caused by the server migration.
