I clicked on your site link, but a page from my ISP comes up saying that domain doesn't exist. I then did a who is lookup, and got the same result. Are you sure that's your domain name? Is there a spelling error somewhere?

I can see your site, too. It takes me to an "Index of / " page with a list of directories, which means that you don't have an index page in public_html directory.

SSH is disabled for all free hosting accounts. It's available for paid hosting, though.

You only need to log into the forums. There's no need to post at all, just log in for long enough that the system acknowledges you.

Try changing your main domain back to the x10hosting domain and then go in to try to remove the emails. Let me know if that works.

A site shows up when I click your url, not a suspension page. Are you able to log into your cPanel?

Hopefully an account manager will see this thread soon and take care of it. The new account panel had just recently came online, and the manual unsuspension button is missing (I hope they add that back soon). Remember: it's required of you to log into the forums here at least once every 31...
