Maybe there was a misunderstanding because the last time you replied to your other thread, you announced how you changed to a different hosting company and that things were fine over there now. That could have been taken as you announcing that you left x10hosting for good.

Your site is showing up for me. In all caps it says "SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION!". Try flushing your dns and deleting your browser's cache.

As it's been said, you can do this yourself through your account panel and cPanel. If there are any errors that prevent you from completing this, please let us know what the errors are.

I'm glad that you found the answer to your first problem. As for the support tickets, this is the place on the forum. All free hosting account users are directed to the forums first. If your problem can't be solved by community help, then the thread you created here will be escalated to staff...

Have you logged into the account management panel to complete the signup, then? If so, please post any errors you're getting.

Since the account panel has been offline all this time, there should still be a domain assigned to the main account. It doesn't matter whether or not it's an x10hosting domain. What is the domain that was assigned to the account from the account panel?

If you had followed the link I replied with, you'll see the specific info that caused all of this. As of the time I replied, google had already unblocked x10 for a long time.

You'll need to post your cPanel username so that an account manager can find your account and assist you.

Can't do that in the cPanel. That option is in the account panel, but it's down for upgrades. If you'd supply your cPanel username and server name or site url, then an account manager can see this thread and fulfill your request to change your password.

They need to know your cPanel username and the server name to look up your account and fulfill your request.
