As they've already told you, it looks like the accounts that you sent email to have x10hosting servers on a blacklist. The x10hosting staff do their best to catch things like this and delete the offending accounts. Unfortunately the blacklists still appear because of the abuse of x10hosting...

According to that and the way addon domains work, go look for a file in the file manager called "giah".

I don't know where all of this "Best Effort" saying is coming from. Unfortunately, free users DON'T get the same up time as paid users because there are thousands of free users for each server. On a paid user account, there are way less users for each paid server, therefore, there's way less...

Go to the client area and submit a ticket there giving your free hosting account details to request a transfer to your paid account.

This forum is the support system. The user doesn't have to make a new thread, just use this one.

You don't have access to your cPanel while you are suspended. Instead, log in here http://x10hosting.com/login.php with your forum username and password. That's your account panel. Once there, you can unsuspend yourself. Remember, it's required that you log in here at the forums at least once...

I completely agree with you. There have been unnecessary and rude comments in this thread. As descalzo said, most of the repliers in here were not made by x10hosting employees. Since a real staff member has helped you, I request that a forum moderator please close this thread.

This is part of the Zero Tolerance Policy. Your account will remain suspended and then terminated within 10 days.

The inactivity suspension looks at your last login date to the forums. So if you didn't log in before unsuspending yourself, it'll suspend you again. Since you've logged in to post this thread, if you get suspended again, just unsuspend and that should be the last time you're bothered with...
