Have you tried parking your domain instead of add on?

Are you able to reset the password after logging into the link you posted? What errors are you getting?

What is the domain you are adding? Are you able to view your site through that domain?

Are you able to upload your site or are your files still there? Are you still able to view your site?

You'll receive an email when staff responds to the ticket. Just reply to that email your response. There's no need to see the ticket itself. The corresponding emails will be added to that ticket.

Something did get fixed by the time responses were made here. When I checked before that, it wasn't working then, but I didn't have any helpful advice for it. I'm glad it's working now.
