You're supposed to log into the account panel with your forum username and password. Once in there, on the left side, is the link to reset the cpanel password.

You'll be able to see the reasons for the suspension if you go log into your account panel.

The names servers are only ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com That's it. There are no ns3 or ns4 mentioned in that knowledge base link as they don't exist. Also, the username and password should be your cPanel username and cPanel password.

You're not dumb. Right before your account migrated to the new Chopin server, the server settings changed to only allow localhost to be used in configuration. Before, it was correct to be mysql-chopin.x10hosting.com Localhost just makes it easier now so that it'll defer to whatever server...
