    You're right. This isn't a paid service. Calling the staff fools are only going to make them angry with you on top of trying to get the free servers straightened out AND providing service to the PAID ACCOUNTS. There are other ways of asking the staff about this.

    Not being able to login to see your ticket is a known issue with staff. You can still correspond through email. You'll receive another email with a direct response/message from staff as they get to it (your ticket). In turn, you can reply to that email and so on.
