    When you installed the software it should provide a subdirectory you can manually enter instead of "public". You should also be able to just remove the subdirectory and leave the field blank so it installed in the main root as you described. I would recommend attempting to delete the install...

    What is your current country of access? We can see you may be using multi VPN / Networks to access your information and service with us.     Can you reattempt this? If this fails I do see you are using external DNS. You may need to temp. point your full DNS to our system via the NS : ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com Once the SSL is activate you can then revert the DNS as needed.
