You are in the right spot. The error is saying the domain can not be created due to your disk space being full. You would need to go into the file manager and delete everything inside the domains folder and make sure nothing is in trash folder as well.
Checking that initial box just allows the use of SSL. You still have to get a SSL certificate installed.
Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider
Terminated, means it is has been deleted. Plenty of emails were sent prior to the termination. I believe it's close to a dozen of emails that get sent. It will take some time to review this request.

When you're on the page I suggested, if you scroll down where you see a table where it lists out month by month, you can click on the individual month which brings you to another page showing more statistics including per day of that month.
