I have removed my domain email from direct admin

Meijer messages saying that it has been blocked or something. Something about a firewall it keeps getting blocked. Not sure where to go from here I know why it’s being blocked is because in the email address being enabled. Can’t very well disable it with the whole system being down right now

you can't get access to the x10 login page now or your website

This is the first time my site has ever been down for a longer period of time. Funny how it was working yesterday and part of today and then now it’s down for the count

How come the service name is x10? But when you go in the panel under product is says infinity free When that is another hosting service and not x10 . Are you realy part of inifinty free/ifastnet ? It's had me scratching my head and wondering .

Hello , Sadly I don't think moving old account info to a new one can't me done . A admin my correct me if i am wrong .

If you use discord you need to report the error there . you will get it fixed faster that way
