Hello, This is not possible on free hosting, as the port you require is not needed by the other 99% of users on your server. You'd need a VPS to have full control over the administration of a server, as settings on free are server-wide and cannot be done just for you.

Hello, If you click "Hosting" in the header navigation of the account panel, you should see a link to the signup page. If you follow that the hosting account is added to your client account, so no change of email address etc. is required.
