I disagree with this statement on so many levels. Exclude me from this because I do not own any Macs, but many people who I know own Macs do in fact have a Gaming PC available at home which they also use. If they don't have a Gaming PC available, they probably have a console, OR they play games...

Ya know, a terrestrial wireline Internet connection should not drop from starting a microwave or from peak usage. Peak usage can be the exception, IF and ONLY IF the usage is so extreme to where nothing can ever possibly work. Intermittent would sound like a signal issue to me at night.

The Developer Preview IS Windows 8 itself, however in a form that allows Developers to toy around with it while Microsoft develops the operating system a bit more. It still hasn't even hit Beta yet and it still has a bit to go before it even hits Beta.
