Hey fireput, I agree with you. not just the number of hits but how many new visitors you get and how many repeat visitors you get. The money part would be a good measure for online shopping websites. You can use that to measure good websites that have great articles but sell nothing. :)

You'd be quite safe to choose Drupal with all that requirement. Only condition is that you know some php and using API. Drupal is as flexible as your skills allow you to be. Not for beginners.

Have been frustrated with the autoupdate function in FireFox. While I am thankful for the fact that the browsers can download and autoupdate itself, the extentions keep getting obsolete. Am happily using the extention and next thing you know it cannot be used.
