Sorry for the delay, but I just got the answer back. Cloudfare hasn't been installed yet on the server you are on (we do incremental update, or in this case, install of new features). It is on the TO-DO lists, and I'd guess pretty high.
If you use software like Ad-Blocker plus, it may prevent certain features of websites to work correctly. Usually, opening their related menu and selecting disable should disable them.
First level support unfortunately do not have access to all your account stats, so we do not know the actual disk space that your account is using. To be able to further help us, we would need to know how much space you are using.
There is currently no way for use to cancel requests once they are sent to the queue. You will have to change it back to it's original value after it is processed.
I have no idea as I have no iOS devices, but I just wanted to let you know that firefox did ask me if I wanted to allow your website to store data for offline caching. So maybe check in the way you are accessing the cached data...
It seems I am having trouble understanding you. If I understood correctly, you are having issues uploading you website over FTP. If so, make sure that you upload in the public_html folder of your account. I also recommend using a 3rd-party proven FTP program like FileZilla to upload and report...
