Updates are done for now.

This has been done. Still some updates to do but none should cause downtime.

Continuing this now... one of the last steps is upgrading MySQL to 5.1 from 5.0, this will most likely cause some type of interruption. Will post back when everything is done.

The majority of this upgrade has completed (websites back online). We will finish it up tomorrow night. No downtime is expected between now and then.
