That is odd, that port is supposed to be in use for webmail only to get around an issue we had. Port 25 should be the default however... I'll have to see why it is showing 5665 as the default port when it is not the case.
The SPF record should be automatically created for you from cPanel's interface. If you are sending mail on any free hosting server it will always go out the IP "184.154.20.251" regardless of the server you are on. This of course does not apply if you are using an external SMTP server.
I'm not even sure how to properly respond to such a ridiculous comment such as this. Your arrogance is beyond over the top. You have absolutely no idea how to run a business such as this which is clearly evident in your suggestions. Throwing a fit because we won't implement your feedback...
While I appreciate the feedback the monthly login will not be removed. You're getting something at absolutely zero cost and you have to compromise somewhere, this is it.

That is no different than going into a store, purchasing something, doing a charge back and then calling it resolved. Filing an illegal charge back with Paypal against us does not "resolve" it.
Our datacenter is having issues with the private network... unfortunately free hosting is run off of the private network. We're waiting for an update regarding this.
