The error specifies that the domain entered in the signup proces, wally.x10hosting.com, is already in use. You'll need to sign up for another. If you let me know another I can make the change and complete the sign-up for you.

This is not true at all. The issues over the last few days have affected less than a quarter of our free hosting accounts.

I fixed the error with your sign-up and sent it to create. I had to change the hosting username to "ntanta2" instead of "ntanta." You'll receive a welcome email soon at the email address under your client account.

It's not unreliable itself - The cause of the issue was the migration to our new data center. More specifically, problems with software that is crucial to the migration that left us stuck halfway moved with a few things for most of the day (E.g. one of the free hosting MySQL servers).

If the domain is already in use on your account it will fail. The error code provided specifies pretty much the following: "The domain name cannot be changed because it is already owned by a user." Do you have any of the failing domains added under cPanel as an addon or parked domain?
