I always use whois.net to search for WHOIS domains. If the domain isn't available via Verio or a 3rd party owns it and fails to run the query, it usually tells you who to run the query through. It happens.

What might work is delaying your action between having Softaculous place the software on your account to actually running Etano's installer. Doing so should keep CPU usage and resource usage down to a level that will not trigger a High Resource Usage. It isn't foolproof but it tends to work.

Premium Hosting isn't restricted like the Free Hosting is. Anyone can purchase it and use FTP.

Nothing is wrong. Right now when I visit your site I see an "Under Construction" Page. When you change the domain it can take a few hours before it starts working.
