what happened to forums search, none of the new people seem to know how to use it... Itmoon -> does your ISP offer hosting, why don't you go ask them how much it cost and what their uptime is? Also, if you want free hosting with 100% uptime, maybe you should start to think about hosting...

Then use a CMS for you whole site (like Joomla) including the forums, or program the forums from scratch yourself and use CSS for your whole site... Look around google, I think there are some tutorials floating around on how to make some basic forums or message boards.... But you will have...

About 5 min for the web site and about 4 days for SMTP, but, I found out later that they rebuilt the whole server !!! Man, these guys are great, they are always updating everything !!!

A lot of people have been complaining about down time... Let me tell you when somebody updates a server, it may go down... X10 hosting is free, In Montreal the same type of plan can go for $30.00 a month, I have seen many pay hosting providers with servers going down all the time. You feel bad...
