well if you are going to use softalicious then everthing is self-explain. (found in cPanel) if you are going to install it manually you will need to download it from wordpress. www.wordpress.com and upload it to your desired directory. once that is done, type into your address bar the directory...

well x10 has a TOS that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for free hosting. and you had a close friend or relative or a trusted colleague from you company to sign into the forum account to keep it from going into inactivity.

im not sure about this, but I remember with some forum software and adding updates or mods to them. you have to re-build the templates, or something like. So my best bet would be to check the instructions, see if you missed any steps.

i do not believe language suspensions can be done by the user themselves. I can have a Account Manager help you, but first: If you are un-suspended, do you agree to upload a version of your site in English, Spanish, or French that can be easily accessible?

in cPanel there is an option to change error pages

x10 does not send out notifications that your hosting is going into inactivity or terminations
