In cpanel click on 'E-mail Accounts' and you can set one up their. You can then use webmail or confirgure the account to work with a e-mail client e.g Microsoft Outlook.

In filezilla you need to disable multiple uploads or the firewall will block you.

Well you could consider one of x10hosting's paid plans the cheapest paid plan is the 'Development Plan' which is $20.00 per year. (£10.00) On the paid plan you will not get suspended and their are no php restrictions.
