Ok the best thing for you to do is to remove the domain www.southwoodband.com completely frok cpanel. By that I mean don't have it added as a parked doain or addon domain. Then go to your AMP located at http://x10hosting.com/account and change your main domain to www.southwoodband.com.

Is it a paid account? Or if it is a free account is it adfree or adenhanced?

Your account would be transferred if you had paid hosting with x10. If your paid hosting is supplied by another web host it can not be transferred.
