Most of the Server Load issues resolve themselves within minutes. When a user abuses the server by using a lot of resources, they are automatically suspended, bringing the server load down. Has this caused any real problems or did you just noticed it and become curious?

It seems like all the previous posters missed that you are talking about cPanel! We can't control cPanel, we only use it as a tool to host Web sites and allow users to edit their sites. If there's a problem with cPanel, you would need to contact the company who makes cPanel: http://cpanel.net

I'm almost positive that error means the domain is being used by another cPanel account. Did you have a previous account with x10hosting?
