Try clearing your browsers cache and flush dns; I get a "Welcome to x10hosting" page. If you're seeing that and you need to clear it, delete or rename index.html to something else, which'll stop the server from serving that page as a default.

You're missing the 500mb in use requirement; the last advocate who replied to your other ticket didn't have a way to view disk space so they were unaware of this or they'dve mentioned that too. The way the rule got written is that 500+mb needs to be in use; you're at 323mb.

"Localhost" if you're installing a script on your account; if you need to access mysql on x10hosting from outside the x10hosting network (such as your home pc contacting the database on x10hosting), this isn't possible as Remote MySQL is disabled on free.

Either use an external mail service such as google apps, or queue it so it sends 100 per hour until it finishes the mailing list (breaks down to about 16 per 10 minute period, if you have a newsletter app that has scheduling options.

Did you try emailing the link given at the bottom of the receipt that says "Customer service email"? Most of us volunteers in this section don't have access to the paid hosting side of things (unless we're clients, but even then we're not able to go digging around in other users accounts on paid).

I've had that same error in IE, because IE doesn't like the certificate issuer we use. It's safe to either add an exception or to use the :2082 url which isn't on SSL.

It's server-wide at the moment for Lotus in particular; there's ongoing maintainence to resolve this though. The problem is the disk is full and there's a lot of accounts that need terminating (suspended for 14+ days). Terminating an account isn't particularly fast is the other problem though...

That's part of the ongoing maintenance Corey had mentioned, it's already being worked on. There's just a lot of cleanup on Lotus in particular so it's not a particularly fast process :(
