Sadly no, /tmp is locked to anyone except admins (and in my case cause I needed SSH to properly do my job fighting against abuse), but if you happen to get the same error in the future let us know through tickets. It's an easy fix to run, the system just doesn't currently notify us that it's full.

/tmp filling isn't that often, but if it does it's an easy fix; if it throws the error again, do open a ticket though - that's the fastest way we find out about problems :)

Error 28 usually means disk full; I just cleaned up the tmp folder on lotus though which is usually what breaks mysql - can you try it again and see if it errors now?

There's actually quite a few folders on your account that could be removed to save space; look in your root directory one level above public_html. Public_html itself only has 320mb in use - dolphin in /home/yourcpanelhere/dolphin is using 54mb, elgg social network is another 19, joomla social...

Main question I need to ask first is there's a really funky file named zixuB7Vk in the root of your site which is 1gb on its own; what in the heck is this file (if you know)? Cause that's a big chunk of what's using up the space, about 600mb more is tied in with the wordpress backup plugin.

cPanel's a bit weird in how it displays the available databases; 2 are mysql, the others are ones not available on free hosting that it keeps showing anyways (such as postresql).
