If I remember correctly, this is not possible. You will need to request your account be deleted, then start over. Although, I am not a member of staff and could be wrong. What is your parking problem? Maybe we can help you fix the issue instead :) Regards.

I have tried lots of hosts, x10 is the best I have seen so far. It's really a great host.

Premium users have a lot less restrictions than free users. I could be wrong, but I think I have shell_exec() on my account.

I really don't think restarting is necessary. I had my main domain changed before, you just need to wait for an admin to read your post. Be patient and I'm sure it will happen soon. It would probably take longer and a lot more hassle to start over, however it is possible if that's what you...

I am a premium user. I can assure you the service is excellent, and the issue you currently have would almost certainly not happen on a premium server. However, it is happening because of an upgrade so it will be worth it in the end. Regards, Fearghal

Hmm. You may need an x10 admin to change the main domain. However, if you park the new domain you will be able to use it as your main.
