Are you able to see a CAPCHA on the sign-up form, or is that missing for you? You could try another browser if it's missing. This is an issue that some have reported, though I'm not sure if anyone has looked into it yet.

To answer the OP's question, it was simply suspended for inactivity. If you wish to remove the Inactivity suspensions though, you could consider getting x10Hosting's Prime Membership.

Are you getting Permission errors, and if so, what parts of the forums? Someone may just need to look over your permissions on the forums.

His domain is no longer registered according to the WHOIS databases. If you want to change the domain though, simply go into your Account Panel and change the domain to something else, whether it's one of the ones x10 Provides for free use or you go with a co.cc domain.

ntfs-3g should do the trick for you. Just about any Linux machine should come with that package installed. The Windows Partition should show up as a second disk drive in Linux.
