Can you explain to us what the purpose of the website you had was there for? It seems as though someone suspended you for File Hosting, which by the way is a Zero Tolerance offense of the x10Hosting Terms of Service.

I don't see a Hosting account tied to this account. What was your cPanel username or your site address? If you were gone for more than 30 days, yes the account was most likely suspended for that reason.

I like Black Ops. They definitely changed some things around but overall still good. First thing I would suggest doing, is breaking out of the chair at the main menu (you can do that) and then unlocking the Zombie arcade mode. That's a lot of fun, similar to Boxhead if you've played those games...

zt = Zero Tolerance. If I'm reading the suspension right, someone found the account being used for file hosting and suspended it under a Zero Tolerance suspension, as File Hosting is against the TOS of x10Hosting.

Here's the reason I see under the Suspension: The free hosting x10Hosting gives is not for File Hosting, only for making a website. Any files uploaded must pertain to the website.

I've unsuspended the account for you. For future notice, you can unsuspend yourself from inactivity suspensions via your account panel. May I also point out, if you wish to remove inactivity suspensions, you can purchase a Prime membership with x10Hosting.

If you can make a post somewhere if you haven't already on the forums, if possible informing the admins about the Permissions issues, that would be appreciated. It's a quick fix. As for Starka, I'm aware of the issues it is having. It should be getting much better sometime in the coming days...

It's an issue with Starka that is occurring due to temporary server load. Nothing much you can do other than to wait for it to come back.

FTP's at max capacity at the moment on my end. It is replying however.

If you already have ISOs of the files you're trying to run, Daemon Tools works fine. I've used it in the past and while it can be a mess to uninstall if you do it wrong, it works great. The software from Alcohol Soft is Trial-ware though.
