I've escalated this into a private ticket, you can update the ticket from your account panel with the information.

Login to the account panel and reset your password, this will fix the login issue. Disregard the disk\bandwidth stats they are not currently being updated.

Try adding it now, make sure you do not add it with www. before the domain.
