This is caused by the permissions being set to 777, change them to 755 or lower.

Make sure you check your spam folder, I have verified mail is working on your server.

I removed the mail files that were using up all the space. The databases are reported as 0MB but they are not, ignore it. If you have an issue with an FTP account try recreating it.
