The website seems to be working for me right now. Are you still having this issue?

Make sure your file permissions are not set to 777, they need to be 755 or lower.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue, next time it happens record the time and take a screen shot, post both here in this thread.

You can not park a domain with www. in front of it. Try parking it without the www.
