As for my area, AT&T and Comcast are two separated supposedly big competing companies. I have AT&T but it's crap according to speedtest.net compared to Comcast. I'm not sure why I don't have Comcast yet, but I wish I did.

Exactly my point. I wouldn't have modded my PSP if I didn't like the interface. PS3 interface is derived from the PSP interface, so PSP hackers like I do not like the PS3 gui.

There are currently colleges around the Phillipines that should offer courses on computer design or something of the sort. If not, then I suggest you buy books from the local bookstore, because books are easier to understand compared to some websites.
