The Ads load fine for me. Try refreshing the page a couple of times, as they don't always load 1st time. When we review accounts, if we can't see the ads straight away we will check the source code, and if we see the Ad-Code there it is ok. The Ads are partly covered by the black bar at the top...

We rarely allow the Advanced PHP Type because it is a large security risk. You have to have a very good reason for wanting it. Also all Advanced PHP requests have to be manually reviewed by an Admin, so they do take a lot longer.
