I have replied to your thread. You set the wrong thing as the nameservers so that why it isn't working.

Our nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com

We do not provide SSH access for Free accounts. To remove the tables you can use PHPMyAdmin (In cPanel).

Did you point the domain to our nameservers?

I recommend creating a PHP script that gets the information from the database and sends the e-mails. You could then a a cron job to run the PHP script every so often (Not more than once every 5 minutes.)
