You first need to change the domains NS (nameserver) record to point it to our servers. Our nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com Then login to cPanel and add the domain as a Parked Domain.

What is/was your cPanel username? It is likely that your account was deleted, in which case you will need to visit http://x10hosting.com/logout then sign-up for a new hosting account.
