Most FTP clients i have used let me download an entire directory by simply dragging the folder to a local folder. While this isn't necessarily a fix, its an alternative. Is there any reason this won't work for you?

The suspension is because a proxy was found on your account, not because you registered through one. Proxies violate the TOS, and your account will not be unsuspended.

I believe your account was one i found earlier. Apart from the Advertisements(Which are zero Tolerance themselves), you linked directly to thousands of files(i only checked a handful of them actually. i highly doubt you have permission to redistribute the music and several of those games.)

The high resource usage is usually due to a process(usually PHP) using an excessive amount of CPU or Ram. If you want to know whats causing it, we could bug an admin to look into the issue.

If you can, list the plugins you have listed and we might spot one that could be causing it.
