Huge majority of users have IE6 and IE7 because they get them preinstaled on their OS (XP and Vista). I don't think that IE8 will get that kind of popularity until Windows 7 is out. Thank god you're not right about those 90%. IE has about 70% (and falling :biggrin:) now.

There's only a free 30-days trial (except if you meant pirated version). If there's really some kind of a free offer do share it with community :biggrin:

Don't use pixels. It's better to use % or em units instead. It's always better to have relative size instead of fixed.
