I suggest e107 because php Nuke is probably more under developed and has more security holes. e107 also has a great learning curve and installing plugins is simple but powerful. They have a decent community, it's not ginormous like J! but it's decent like many other CMS'es I've seen.

Only problem with DynDNS is that you can't set nameservers, you have to get the IPs of them, and even doing that you can only set one IP which is bleh.

Upgrading it manually may confuse Fantastico a bit if you first installed it with Fantastico, so either if you installed with Fantas. update with Fantas, and if you installed manually update manually.

The gray is ok in my opinion, but what makes it hard to view the site is the dark blue links backed on gray background. It hurts my eyes trying to figure out what the text is, and other things I noticed are your sponsors list is pretty long for one sponsor, I suggest you make it longer as you go...

That's the spirit! I mean, this website has to make sure your not being a waste to the free services it offers, so it suspends people who break simple rules. If you read and follow the ToS you should be in no trouble with any of the staff or members at x10 hosting. I promise.
