Visit your network card's Settings in the Device Manager and post up what each setting is set for. I'd like to check those.

It's been known for a few weeks now that some of the Free Servers were blocked by the Great Firewall of China, as unfortunate as it is. Apparently someone on Boru (or a bunch of accounts) must have posted some information that the government didn't like.

Do you have the latest drivers installed for your NIC? Might be crashing the driver over an excess amount of UDP Data (if Minecraft uses that).

Boru's cPanel is working fine here for that address. If it still isn't working, try using http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082 which is the unsecured address for cPanel, but should be working. You could also try another browser or PC to see if it works as well.

The login address above is loading up at least for me. You can try logging into http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 to see if that works. If you do manage to log in but cPanel takes a minute or two to fully load, it is probably from temporary server load.

Does phpMyAdmin show your databases when you open it?

MySQL is currently online. There isn't a way you would be able to restart it yourself, as it's a server-side setup. If it does go down, it should come back up on it's own. Looking at your site, one install of Drupal is giving an Access Denied MySQL Error. The other install at the subdomain...

Please confirm that you have backed up your files before we remove the Hosting account, and post up your cPanel Username.

The site is loading at varied speeds every time I attempt to load it. It would have to be temporary server load causing the problem. I didn't receive any Temporarily Unavailable messages though. For the meantime, just hang tight. :)
