If it is a flash player that loads content from another server, it should be fine as long as you have the rights to play the songs on this other server. I'm assuming you are talking about something similar to embedding a youtube video on a website except using a streaming widget?

No, you were abusing our service. In the terms of service you agreed that you wouldn't host illegal content and we can suspend your account at any time.

These accounts should be terminated automatically soon. If it hasn't been deleted by tomorrow, I can escalate this thread and a staff member can delete the old account.

Just FYI, accounts suspended on 7-16 were suspended before the moves and their data never got transferred. They need to wait for their account to be automatically terminated (it doesn't have any data) then they can create another account. If they want to know more about the backups, refer them...

Your account hasn't been restored since you didn't request a restore of your account after the server moves. You will need to wait for this account to be automatically terminated. Then you can signup for another account. We have deleted the backups from the server moves.

Actually, once you uploaded your files onto x10, we have control over them. You were hosting illegal scripts. This violates our Terms of Service which you agreed to when you registered.

I haven't seen you post in free hosting for ages :P I'm doing quite fine myself. :)
